When the house was ready to hit the market, the showings started. Addison and Kendra planned on being gone for a couple of days, to make showings easier. They ended up having 12 showings on the first day. Showings started at 10 a.m. and all 12 had occurred by 4:45.
They also ended up with three offers that first day. They decided to accept an offer with a price $15,000 above their asking!
