Kendra and Addison had a lot of worry about if now is the right time to sell their house. If you're like most people, you've had some of these concerns as well. Are the market conditions favorable? Is inventory too low for me to find another home? How exactly can I make it happen? How can we make sure the process is safe?
Addison & Kendra weren't sure whether they wanted to sell. It was the middle of the COVID-19 global pandemic. They were nervous about what they'd need to do, to get the house prepped, to hit the market. So, they met with Scott, to talk through the process. He gave them suggestions on what their next steps would be.
Next, Addison & Kendra needed to get their house ready for sale. Scott advised them which aspects would maximize their return on investment. Addison and Kendra felt they could tackle some of the projects themselves. For more complex needs, Scott connected them with reputable vendors.
The projects that Addison and Kendra decided on were completed in the next days/weeks. The house was ready for marketing.
A professional marketing package can make a significant difference in the selling price. Scott had several professionals capture the most important aspects of their house.

When the house was ready to hit the market, the showings started. Addison and Kendra planned on being gone for a couple of days, to make showings easier. They ended up having 12 showings on the first day. Showings started at 10 a.m. and all 12 had occurred by 4:45.
They also ended up with three offers that first day. They decided to accept an offer with a price $15,000 above their asking!
In this video, they answer questions:
